UK delivery

TigKid Prints currently offers delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated from the size and packing requirements of the items in your basket.

• Small parcel: £3.99
• Large parcel: £5.99
• Orders of £35 or more: free UK delivery

The delivery charge shown at checkout is the charge that applies to your order.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 2–5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Some made-to-order, custom or unusually large orders may take longer. If a different timescale applies, we will tell you before accepting the order or contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery after dispatch

Carrier delivery times can vary depending on destination, service disruption and the size of the parcel. If tracking is available for your order, we will provide the relevant details.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, email tigkidprints@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate it.

Local collection

Local collection is available free of charge where shown at checkout. Collection arrangements will be provided after you order. Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Placing an order online for local collection does not remove any cancellation rights that apply to a distance sale, unless a legal exception applies such as a genuinely personalised or custom-made product.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If you notice a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

When responsibility for the goods passes to you

You are responsible for the goods once they, or a person you nominate, take physical possession of them. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not meet your legal rights.
